Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1: Scope and Amendments of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services ("Services") provided on the website "Fuppy dog" ("Site") operated by Fuppy dog ("Company").

These Terms apply to all individuals who browse, directly or indirectly access, or make purchases through the Services ("Users"), including "Members" as defined in Article 4, and to the Company itself. For other services provided by the Company, separate terms may apply, and unless otherwise specified, these Terms do not apply to those services.

The Company may modify these Terms at its discretion under the following conditions:

  1. When the modification benefits Users in general.
  2. When the modification is reasonable considering its necessity, content, and circumstances.

The Company will notify Users of such modifications via announcements on the Site or by other methods designated by the Company. The revised Terms will apply from the effective date. By using the Services after the effective date, Users are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.

Article 2: Use of the Services
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and the Company’s Privacy Policy when using the Services.

Minors and legally incapacitated individuals must obtain consent from their legal guardians to use the Services. The Company may require proof of such consent.

Article 3: Service Content
Users can:

  2. Use the "Favorites" feature to register and view favorite items, brands, and shops.
  3. Use other services provided by the Company through the Site.

Chapter 2: Membership Registration and Service Use

Article 4: Membership
"Members" are Users who agree to these Terms and register for membership according to the prescribed process.

Members can:

  1. Use membership information features to view registered details.
  2. Earn and use points.
  3. Access other member-exclusive services.

Article 5: Membership Registration
Individuals wishing to register must agree to these Terms and submit their details (e.g., gender, date of birth, postal code, email, password, name, address, phone number) via the Site.

The Company may reject applications if:

  1. The applicant has violated previous service terms.
  2. False information is provided.
  3. Payment issues or history of default exist.
  4. The applicant engaged in prohibited activities (Article 21).
  5. The application is deemed inappropriate for business reasons.

Article 6: Changes to Registration Information
Users must promptly update any changes to their registered information. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from failure to update.

Article 7: Withdrawal Procedures
Members can cancel their membership at any time through the designated process. Membership ends upon receipt of the withdrawal request.

Article 8: Suspension of Service and Cancellation of Membership
The Company may suspend Services or cancel membership without prior notice if:

  1. The User violates these Terms.
  2. False information was provided during registration.
  3. The User engages in illegal activities.
  4. The User infringes on others’ rights.
  5. The User disrupts the Company’s operations.

The Company is not responsible for any resulting damages.

Chapter 3: Product Purchases

Article 9: Orders and Contract Formation
Users can place orders via designated procedures. A purchase contract is established when the Company accepts the order. Orders may be declined if:

  1. False information is provided.
  2. Stock is unavailable.
  3. Payment issues are identified.

Article 10: Payment Methods
Users must pay for products, shipping, and additional fees via:

  2. Bank transfer
  3. Other methods specified by the Company

Non-payment by the due date may result in contract cancellation.

Article 11: Product Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified in the order. Shipping costs are borne by the User. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Article 12: Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  1. The product is defective.
  2. The wrong product was delivered.

Requests must be made within three days of receiving the product. Returns for personal reasons are generally not accepted.
