Return Procedure

2. Returning the Item
- We will provide the return address after your request.
- Please include the delivery note when returning the item.
- Failure to include the delivery note may delay or prevent processing.
- Use a trackable shipping method for returns.
3. Refund or Exchange Process
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it promptly and notify you via email.
- In case of refunds, we will cover the transfer fee and send the adjusted amount to your designated account.
