Return Procedure

  • Details of the defect (attach photos)

2. Returning the Item

  • We will provide the return address after your request.
  • Please include the delivery note when returning the item.
  • Failure to include the delivery note may delay or prevent processing.
  • Use a trackable shipping method for returns.

3. Refund or Exchange Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it promptly and notify you via email.
  • In case of refunds, we will cover the transfer fee and send the adjusted amount to your designated account.
