Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting our products, but in the event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, we will offer an exchange.
If the item is out of stock, we will accept a return.
If your case qualifies as a defective item or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, following the "Return Procedure" outlined below.
2. Returns Due to Customer Preferences
We do not accept returns for reasons such as size discrepancies or differences in color perception.
Please carefully check the product details and specifications on the product page before making a purchase.
3. Cases Where Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted
- More than 4 days have passed since the item arrived.
- The product tag has been removed.
- The item has been worn or washed.
- The item has been damaged or soiled after delivery.
- The issue falls under conditions noted on the product page (e.g., minor thread fraying due to production).
Return Procedure
1. Contact Us for Return or Exchange Requests
Within 3 days of receiving the item, please contact us via our inquiry form with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Details of the defect (please attach photos)
2. Returning the Item
We will provide the return address after your request.
When returning the item, please make sure to include the delivery note in the package.
Failure to include the delivery note may delay or prevent processing.
Use a trackable shipping method for returns.
3. Refund or Exchange Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly inspect it and notify you via email.
If a refund is required, it will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Credit Card Payment → Refund will be processed via the credit card company.
- Bank Transfer → Refund will be deposited into the specified account (transfer fees will be covered by the store).
- Other Payment Methods → Refund will be processed using the same payment method as the purchase.
Important Notes
- Even in the case of defective items, minor issues noted on the product page (e.g., slight color differences due to monitors or small manufacturing variations) are not eligible for returns.
- If a return is made due to customer preference, the customer bears the shipping and transfer fees.
- Before returning or exchanging an item, please contact our store first and follow the provided instructions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
